Holidays can be a time to relax, but also a time to stay fit and exercise. Siam Adventure Club offers daily aerobics lessons from 10:30 to 11:30 at the pool area.

The daily lessons combine stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of flexibility, strength and muscles. This also helps to burn calories and fat, with the help to lose weight. Thanks to dynamic music and instructor, you will perform a different dance like choreographies and well-balanced exercises for 1 hour. Start with a warm-up, continue with cardiovascular exercise, move on muscular strength exercises, and end the session with a cool down and stretching. Our aerobic lessons are designed for a beginner level of experience.
